个人基本情况

        曹坤(Cao Kun,Postdoctor1989年1月生。2011年于华中科技大学获得材料科学与工程专业学士学位,2016年于华中科技大学获得材料学博士学位。主要研究方向为原子层沉积相关薄膜制备与设备开发,探索原子层沉积在功能薄膜,纳米结构,催化剂可控制备方面的工艺与原位表征方法。在Scientific Reports, ChemCatChem, Catalysis Science & Technology等期刊上发表论文9篇,参与国家973项目课题1项(批准号 2013CB934800,在研);此外还参与国家自然科学基金2项(批准号 51101064 已结题;批准号:51575217 在研)。
