个人基本情况

    汤自荣(Tang Zirong,Professor1968年9月生,华中科技大学机械学院机电系和数字制造装备与技术国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师。1990年北京化工大学获化学工程本科毕业,2001年获美国加州大学尔湾分校材料科学与工程专业博士学位。2001-2004年在美国硅谷MegaSense和Sensarray Inc.从事微机电系统领域的研发工作。2005年加入华中科技大学,主要研究领域是微纳米制造和纳米测量技术及新型微纳器件开发,是教育部长江学者创新团队“微纳米制造与纳米测量技术”的核心成员。参与和承担了国家自然科学基金, 973,863和重大仪器专项等多项国家级科研课题项目,发表论文100余篇,申请国家专利20余项。
