段正澄（Duan Zhengcheng），1934年出生,1957年毕业于华中工学院机械工程系本科，现任教授，博士导师。由于成绩突出，曾先后分别被评为湖北省先进科技工作者和先进教育工作者，1991年被授于湖北省劳动模范荣誉称号，1993年被授于全国优秀教师称号，兼任湖北省机械工业自动化学会理事长，中国机械工业自动化专业学会常务理事，全国高等学校机械加工自动化研究会名誉理事，湖北省科学技术顾问团副团长等职务。2020年2月15日19时35分，因“新冠”肺炎医治无效，于医院逝世，享年86岁。
