一、培养目标Education Objectives

1.培养严谨求实的科学态度和作风,具有创新求实精神和良好的科研道德,并具备学术带头人优良的综合素质;

The students can be trained to obtain rigorous and factualistic scientific attitude and style of work with initiative spirit and scientific morality and comprehensive quality to be academic leaders.

2.具有机械工程领域的坚实、宽广的基础理论和系统、深入的专门知识,可胜任本学科领域中高层次的教学、科研、工程技术工作与科技管理工作;

The students can be trained to obtain solid, broad basic theory and systematic, in-depth expertise in mechanical engineering to be qualified to the high-level teaching, research of the current and related majors, and scientific management of engineering and related work.

3.培养科技开拓创新精神,在本学科或专门技术上做出创新性的成果;

The students can be trained to obtain initiative spirit to make innovative achievements in the current major or in expertise .

4.培养科研团队精神,且具有独立从事科学研究工作的能力。

七、本学科对博士研究生培养提出的具体要求 Requirements for the doctoral student

博士研究生的培养实行导师全面负责制,组成以博士生导师为组长的博士研究生指导小组,负责博士研究生的培养和考核工作。博士生指导小组由博士生指导教师、教授及具有博士学位的副教授共3-5人组成。本学科对博士研究生培养各主要环节要求如下:

The supervisors are fully responsible for the training of doctoral candidates and they form a PhD Steering Group for the training and assessment of doctoral candidates. A PhD Steering Group is composed of 3-5 members including a supervisor, a professor and an associate professor with doctorial degree. The main parts requirements are as follow:

1.博士生文献阅读与学位论文选题报告 Doctoral literature reading and degree thesis report

论文选题报告是博士论文工作的重要环节。博士生应在导师的指导下,根据自己所选定的研究方向和学位论文课题要求,查阅大量的国内外相关文献,撰写文献阅读综述,确定学位论文选题,并就选题的科学根据、目的、意义、研究内容、预期目标、研究方法、课题可行性等做出论证。

Thesis report is a crucial part of the doctoral dissertation. According to the selected research direction and degree thesis requirements, candidates are required to review the related literatures home and abroad and recapitulate them and make argument on the scientific basis, purpose, significance, research content, the desired objectives, research methods, topics feasibility of the thesis under the guidance of the supervisor.

学位论文选题报告时间应由导师根据博士研究生本人研究进展确定,但最迟应在入学后第四学期末进行。拟举行选题报告会的博士生应提前一周将开题时间、地点、开题人员名单报院研究生科备案。

The time for degree thesis report is determined by the supervisor according to the candidates’ research progress (no later than the third semester).Candidates who will give a thesis report should inform the graduate department the time, place, attendees of the report a week in advance.

博士研究生应填写规定格式的选题报告,并在各课题组公开进行选题报告会。选题报告会成员应由所在博士生指导小组和至少1名院学位审议委员会委员组成。

Candidates are required to fill in the prescribed format thesis report and the report meeting will be open in each research group. The members of the report meeting should include members from the PhD Steering Group and at least one member from the degree review committee.

选题报告应包括以下内容:The content of the thesis report are as follow:

1)选题的来源、意义;The origin and significance of the thesis

2)课题的国内外研究概况及发展趋势;Domestic and foreign research situation and development trend of the thesis topic.

3)课题的研究内容和技术方案;The research content and research program of the thesis.

4)理论与实践方面预计的创造性成果;The expected creative achievements in theory and practice

5)进行论文资格考核时已完成的工作;The completed work before paper qualifications assessment

6)主要参考文献。References

通过开题答辩的学位论文选题报告,经导师签字后,交院研究生科并计1学分。

对于已通过开题,但因故更换选题的博士研究生,应在导师的安排下重新组织选题报告会,选题报告会要求同上。

After the approval of the proposal, candidates should get the supervisor’s signature and hand in the thesis report to the graduate department and can get 1 credit.

After the approval of the proposal, candidates who have to change the thesis topic should reorganize the journal report in the arrangement of the supervisor, the requirements are as above.

2.博士学位论文中期进展报告 The PhD thesis interim progress report

论文课题进行到中期(选题后一年左右),博士生应向其所在博士生指导小组作学位论文中期进展报告。汇报论文工作进展情况,提出下一阶段的计划和措施,并形成书面报告交与会者审议,通过审议后交院研究生科并计1学分。

Candidates should make the PhD thesis interim progress report in the PhD Steering Group about one year after the thesis report including reporting the thesis progress, putting forward plans and measures for next stage and writing a report. After deliberation, candidates hand in the report to the graduate department and can get 1 credit.

3.学位论文评审 Degree thesis review

为了保证评审的实际效果,现将论文“盲评”制度规定如下:

博士生应在答辩之前两个月向院研究生科提交三本正式学位论文(不得含有表明指导教师和研究生身份的内容)。由学院研究生科根据校内外专家库确定三位盲评专家名单(外省专家不得少于二位)。论文经院研究生科送达专家(其费用从博士生所申请的答辩费中开支)。论文需通过三位专家评审后,博士生方可举行答辩。(盲评意见亦作为论文评阅审核意见)

Candidates should submit three formal degree thesis (without any content that reveal the identification of the supervisor or the candidate) to the graduate department two months before the thesis defense. The graduate department will choose three experts from the internal and external expert database (more than two experts from other provinces).The thesis will be delivered to the experts via the graduate department (The expert’s cost is included in the candidates’ defense fee).Candidates can hold the thesis defense after three experts’ deliberation.

涉及保密要求的论文经学院主管研究生培养工作副院长和学校保密办签字认可后,可在校内三位专家中盲评。

Papers related to the confidentiality can be reviewed after the recognition of vice dean and the school confidential office.

 

其它培养环节执行学校有关规定。

Other program sections should follow the relevant regulation of the University.


留学生论文发表规定Dissertation Rules for International Students

,留学生学位申请人在申请博士学位前,必须按学校规定发表论文
 Applicants for graduate degrees from international students must submit their dissertations in accordance with the school regulations before applying for a PhD

申请工学学位的留学生,至少发表SCI期刊论文1篇。认可国际会议论文的学科按照学校统一规定执行
International students appling for an engineering degree,at least one thesis published in the SCI Journal.The subject for which the international conference papers are accredited shall be subject to the uniform regulations of the school.
