Position 1: Asst.process engineer

Vacancies: 2

Job Description:

1, Advanced process engineering before mass production                     

1)Design manufacturing-related zero-defect process for manager's approval in order to satisfy customers within the limitation of TS16949 , Six Sigma/Lean and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effective Analyze) and ensure the design meets CER( Capital Expenditure Request) standard

2)define machine & fixture specification and design in order to meet the cycle time and output based on clients' requirement

3)control timing of machine delivery, fix and trail run; draft quality-related documentation in order to support production & operational process engineering team; lead feasibility analysis with design engineer;

4)lead the analysis of new projects related OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) in order to provide technical materials and statistics for operational process engineers to do continuous improvement.

2, Operational process engineering for continuous improvement                  

Provide technical exchanges to operational process engineers and addional manpower in order to support operational process engineering activities.

  3.EHS                                                            

Design machine's safety guarding and qualify machine's standard specification in order to make sure the safety of machines.

Position 2 Asst.mold/die engineer

Job Description:

1, Policies and Procedures                                                       

Follow new/updated department policies, procedures in order to meet company's requirement.

2, New Mold and Die Development (Design/Proto type before mass production 

Provide technical exchanges to operational process engineers and additional manpower in order to support operational process engineering activities.

3, Mass production mold&Die improvement                                         

Get and handle mass production die improvement tasks from supervisor and manger and in order to meet the requirement of the old die improvement from manufacturing dept.

4.Die&moldengineeringcontrol                                           

Coordinate TS16949 relative documents and keep in engineering net memory in order to meet the requirement from TS16949 system

Target Major:

1.Tooling manufacturing related

2.Material related

 

 

 

Position 3Asst. Project Engineer

Vacancies: 2

Selection Criteria:

Bachelor's degree and above

Major in mechanical engineering.

Integrity, logical thinking, Good communication skills, pressure management skills, leadership, good knowledge in mechanical engineering.

 

Job Description:

New project management
1) Prepare the schedule per customer requirement which considered
potential project risk;
2) Monitor all the milestone of the schedule to ensure the overall project deliverable meet the plan
requirement;
3) Take corrective actions when project delays;
4) support coordinate first production order run to ensure first order run smoothly;
5) organize project review meeting with team;
6) Facilitate the project to move forward when project is pended by bottleneck; in
order to make sure new project release to mass production on time as planed

Process Improvement recommendation
1) Find company procedure and process improvement opportunities related with new
projects and provide improvement proposal and facilitate the proposal to take effect
in order to  improve new project management efficiency.
2) Provide process improvement recommendation in order to  drive department
continuous improvement.

 

 

Position 4: Asst. Product Engineer

Vacancy: 2

BU - Automotive

 

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs, design product specified by customers, provide new product solutions;

Apply knowledge to help determine needs and opportunities to improve existing products;

- Review the open issues with cross functional teams on a regular basis to ensure the project on schedule;

Provide technical support for salesperson to satisfy the customer needs;

Provide innovative solutions to reduce product cost, improve product quality, and improve process efficiency

 

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic engineering or automation engineering;

Havknowledge of plastic material, able to select materials according to different designs;

- Skilled user of Pro/e & AutoCAD software;

Good communication skills, able to understand the voice of customer

Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;

Good computer skills of Microsoft word, excel, presentation;  

Able to work effectively in a team environment.
